Susie Stoffer, M.Ed.
Executive Director
Susie Stoffer is the Founding Executive Director of Weaver Child Development Center, Inc. and has devoted her career to creating meaningful educational experiences for children, families, and educators. With more than 30 years of experience in teaching, school leadership, higher education, and educational consulting, she brings a unique blend of vision, expertise, and practical leadership to the Board of Directors.
Under her leadership, Weaver CDC has grown into a thriving Reggio-inspired school community rooted in relationships, curiosity, and a deep respect for childhood. Throughout her career, Susie has served as a teacher, principal, university instructor, consultant, presenter, and mentor, always advocating for learning experiences that honor the unique strengths and potential of every child.
A passionate supporter of the Reggio Emilia Approach and evidence-based literacy instruction, Susie is committed to creating environments where children are known, valued, and inspired to become lifelong learners. Her leadership continues to guide Weaver CDC’s mission, support its growth, and ensure that future generations of children and families experience the wonder, joy, and meaningful learning that define the Weaver Way.

Dr. Jarrod Tudor
Dr. Jarrod Tudor brings a wealth of experience in education, leadership, and community partnership to the Weaver Board of Directors. Throughout his career, he has served in senior leadership roles at Kent State University, The University of Akron, Ohio University, and currently Hocking College, where he serves as Executive Vice President. His work has focused on expanding educational opportunities, building innovative partnerships, supporting workforce development, and strengthening connections between schools, businesses, and communities.
With advanced degrees in education, law, business, public administration, and international studies, Dr. Tudor is a lifelong learner who is passionate about helping students thrive and preparing future generations for success. His broad perspective, strategic leadership, and commitment to educational excellence help support Weaver CDC’s mission of providing meaningful learning experiences for children and families.
Mike Stoffer
Mike Stoffer brings a wealth of experience in business ownership, and community service to the Weaver Board of Directors. His professional background includes decades of leadership in business development, finance, and client relationships, helping individuals and families achieve their goals through trust, integrity, and service.
Passionate about Weaver CDC’s mission, Mike enjoys using his skills to support the school’s growth and long-term sustainability. His practical perspective, collaborative spirit, and commitment to children and families help strengthen the work of the board as Weaver CDC continues to flourish.
Dr. David Brobeck
Dr. David Brobeck brings more than five decades of experience in education, leadership, and literacy advocacy to the Weaver Board of Directors. His distinguished career includes service as a classroom teacher, coach, principal, superintendent, university professor, researcher, and educational consultant. Throughout each role, he has remained committed to helping children become confident, capable learners.
A recognized leader in literacy education across Ohio, Dr. Brobeck played an active role in advancing evidence-based reading instruction and the Science of Reading. He contributed to statewide literacy initiatives, helped develop Ohio’s Reading and Literacy Standards, and works alongside educators, universities, and state agencies to strengthen literacy outcomes for children across the state. His passion for effective reading instruction and educational excellence has influenced countless teachers, school leaders, and students.
Dr. Brobeck’s wisdom, experience, and unwavering belief in the potential of every child make him a valued member of the Weaver Board. He is honored to support Weaver CDC’s mission of nurturing curiosity, honoring childhood, and inspiring lifelong learning.
Lloyd Morton
Lloyd Morton brings more than forty years of experience in real estate, lending, business development, and financial education to the Weaver Board of Directors. A Navy veteran and respected industry leader, Lloyd has spent his career helping individuals and families achieve their goals through integrity, innovation, and relationship-centered service. He also developed and taught educational courses for both the real estate and lending professions. Lloyd is passionate about the importance of early childhood and elementary education, believing that a strong educational foundation creates opportunities for lifelong success. His practical wisdom, commitment to community, and heart for helping others make him a valuable advocate for Weaver CDC families and students.
Dominic Farolino
Dominic Farolino brings expertise in technology, innovation, and strategic problem-solving to the Weaver Board of Directors. As a senior software engineer and technical leader at Google, he helps shape technologies that impact millions of users worldwide, with a focus on security, privacy, performance, and the future of the web. His work combines technical excellence with a thoughtful approach to creating tools and systems that serve people well.
A lifelong learner and creative thinker, Dominic is passionate about using technology to solve complex challenges and improve the way people connect, communicate, and learn. Stephen Badman
Stephen Badman brings decades of leadership experience in marketing, communications, strategic planning, and community engagement to the Weaver Board of Directors. Throughout his career, he has served in executive marketing roles within the banking industry, helping organizations grow through thoughtful leadership, innovation, and strong community connections. He currently serves as Marketing Director for Consumers National Bank and has extensive experience in public relations, product development, nonprofit leadership, and event planning. Stephen’s passion for literacy, education, and community service, combined with his creative and strategic perspective, helps support Weaver CDC’s mission and long-term vision.
