Miss Susie – Executive Director/Principal
Miss Susie serves as both Principal and Kindergarten Teacher at Weaver. With more than 30 years of experience, she holds degrees in Elementary Education and master’s degrees in Counseling and Educational Leadership. She also serves as an adjunct professor and Reggio trainer, sharing her expertise with educators nationwide.
Miss Kim – Office Manager & Auxiliary Clerk
Miss Kim has been an integral part of the Weaver community for more than sixteen years. She is the steady presence behind countless details, helping ensure that students, families, and staff feel supported each day. Whether answering questions, organizing the details, solving problems, or lending a hand wherever needed, Miss Kim’s care, dedication, and dependability make her an essential part of all things Weaver.
Miss Jodi – Administrative Assistant
Miss Jodi serves as Weaver’s Administrative Assistant and brings a diverse background in education, social work, behavioral support, and family advocacy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Akron and has experience supporting children and families through roles in education, human services, and administration.
Jodi’s connection to Weaver is especially meaningful, as her son attended Weaver and benefited from the strong foundation the school provided. Having experienced the impact of a Weaver education firsthand, she is a passionate advocate for the school’s mission and is dedicated to supporting the children, families, and staff who make up the Weaver community.
Mike Stoffer – Director of Operations
With a background in business operations, technology, and project management, Mike supports the daily operations of Weaver, helping with facilities, technology, special projects, events, and the countless behind-the-scenes details that keep the school running smoothly.
As Miss Susie’s husband and biggest supporter, Mike is often the person helping turn ideas into reality. Working behind the scenes, he is dedicated to supporting the staff and the mission of Weaver, ensuring teachers have what they need to focus on what matters most – children.
Mike enjoys playing a part in the meaningful work happening at Weaver each day. Around school, many of the children know him simply as “Mr. Miss Susie.”
